"Train your Seat" Rider Biomechanics Clinic

Do you feel stuck in your riding journey? Do you struggle to communicate with your horse beyond basic cues? Does part of your body feel frustratingly tense or unstable when you ride?
Come learn how our thoughts and mental images greatly impact the activation of our muscles. This neurological feedback loop, honed through consistent practice and targeted exercises, becomes the foundation for both balance and harmony in the saddle. Training the seat isn't just about sitting correctly — it’s about a supple, dynamic base that communicates clearly with the horse…and that starts in your brain! As riders delve into the study of their own proprioception, they improve their ability to adjust quickly, improve range of motion, and ride with true feel.
Learn about the “Train Your Seat” method to “wake up” your proprioception so you have better communication with your body and a better partnership with your horse. Our heart is student-centered, collaborating WITH you to create tools that are meant to empower you and allow for replication of the skill without support. The goal is independence!
