Organizer Notes

**PLEASE READ:**
Saturday lessons are going to be 1-person private lessons for dressage, approx. 40 minutes each.
Sunday Lessons are going to be 2-person groups so that you can get the absolute most out of your lesson, instead of sitting around waiting for 4/5 other people to take turns! Lessons will be approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes long.

No refunds unless the clinic is cancelled or your spot can be filled from the wait list.

All registration must come through Event Clinics, no paper entries. Entries will not be considered complete and a spot will not be held until payment is received.

Limited stabling available, priority for overnight stalls will be given to those coming from farther away. Contact Michael for information regarding overnight or day stabling.
Please be sure to include a current negative coggins, proof of vaccinations (flu/rhino at a minimum, within 6 months) and both (2 separate) signed liability releases with your entry (uploaded on Event Clinics) or emailed to michaelwillhameventing@gmail.com

In lieu of facility fee, riders are asked to bring non-perishable food items to be donated to the local food bank to help those in need in our community.

Auditing is free, but we ask that you register ahead of time if possible, so we can get a rough head count. A minimum $10 donation is suggested for auditing (collected at the clinic), with all proceeds from the auditing fees going straight to purchasing additional food items to be donated (Or you can bring the non-perishables yourself).

Lunch (typically sandwiches, chili, etc.) is provided free to riders, and available for a small fee to auditors.

We are open to accepting riders for 1 day only, but priority is given to those who wish to ride both days of the clinic. If you can only ride 1 day, please contact Michael for more information.

PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR DESIRED LEVEL IN NOTES SECTION WHILE SIGNING UP. Strider changed their layout and it seems I cannot ask for a level as it's own info entity.
