Open to all D and C members. C members will be placed individually as well as D-1 members in Division I. Please follow rulebooks regarding proper attire. Competition attire is required for turnout inspections and first round. Competitors may change to a fastened, collared shirt with sleeves for afternoon round.
Divisions offered are ground poles (No lead line), 18” Xrails, 2’3”, and 2’6”
Awards will be given for Perfect Turnouts, All Clear Rounds, Equitation, HM and Overall teams.

Food available for purchase.
Division 1 will have 2 rounds including an equitation round. All others will have 3 including an equitation round.
Members competing in Division I (ground poles) will be placed individually.
D-1 members who are competent jumping 18” (cross rails) may enter Division II and will be placed on a team.
Tentative Schedule:
7:00 Grounds Open
7-9:30 Courses open for course walk
8:30 HM Opening briefing for competitors, parents, coaches, and volunteers (Mandatory)
9:15 Turnout inspections begin
10:00 First competition round begins
TBA Afternoon course walk
All applicable forms must be submitted for entry to be marked complete.

Administrative Information
Ride Time: Final Schedule with ride times and pinney numbers will be emailed to DCs prior to the event.
Trailer Direction: *Trailers please use entrance off of Mullet Branch Rd.
Turn RIGHT past entrance on Matthewstown Rd.
Entrance approx 1/4 mile on RIGHT.
*All other vehicles please use Matthewstown entrance.
*Parents will be allowed to drop off equipment. All vehicles not attached to a trailer must be moved immediately after.
