We’re thrilled to invite you to our Schooling Show on November 23, 2024 at Sporting Days Farm, which combines a Combined Test & Dressage Show for a fun-filled event. You can enter the CT, the DS, both, or any combination you prefer! Our schooling shows provide a relaxed atmosphere that caters to beginners and seasoned riders and horses. Throughout the season, our jump courses will progress to offer increasingly challenging questions and options.

Your support in submitting complete entries is greatly appreciated! By utilizing digital entries and payments on STRIDER, we can streamline our processes and focus our team’s efforts on delivering an outstanding show experience for you.
Please enter & pay on STRIDER before 10PM on the closing date of Nov 20, 2024. For your convenience, we accept Venmo, credit/debit card, and PayPal on STRIDER. Each transaction will automatically include the proper handling/processing fee, helping us minimize costs for all involved. By using digital payments, we can avoid the labor-intensive and costly task of processing paper entries and checks, ensuring a high-quality experience for all participants.

Ride times will only be scheduled for COMPLETE entries. A complete entry MUST include:
1.) Rider’s Full Name, Horse’s Name AND Trainer Info
2.) The Rider’s Cell Phone Number + their Emergency Contact info
3.) Current Negative Coggins, with details that are readable, attached to your entry.
If the Coggins file is low resolution and not readable by our team, it doesn’t count as “attached.”
4.) A signed Equine Waiver and Release form for the rider on the entry.

To expedite your COMPLETE entries and get convenient access to make online changes, sign up as a Strider Member and complete your rider/horse profile. This will ensure that all your required information is automatically transferred with your entry, saving you time.
-STABLING IS AVAILABLE! Full Stabling: $135.00 - includes 3 nights; Day Stall: $50.00. Includes one bag of shavings
Muck Deposit: $50.00 separate check. Stall and aisle MUST be swept clean!
Camping: $55.00 hook-up (limited, 20amp electrical, bring a long water hose)/ per night; $35.00 primitive / per night.

DRESSAGE TESTS AND JUMP HEIGHTS FOR THE CT ARE AS FOLLOWS:
Intro = USDF Intro Test B / Cross Rails
Starter = USEF Starter Test / Up to 2'3" Max
Beginner Novice = USEF BN A / Up to 2'7" Max
Novice = USEF Novice A / Up to 2'11" Max
Training = USEF Training A / Up to 3'3" Max
Modified = USEF Perliminary A / Up to 3'5" Max
Preliminary = USEF Preliminary A / Up to 3'7" Max
IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO JUMP ONLY:
Select the "Jump Show" option - Jump Only rounds are $40.00 for 1st round, $35 for each additional round. Enter the level you would like to jump in the "Note To Organizer" section.
AWARDS:
Individual shows will pin ribbons for places 1-8 in each division or class. Jump only rounds are not pinned.

🔹Until the Closing Date
Changes to classes/tests may be made from your STRIDER account -there is no change fee.
Changes to Rider/Horse are free, as long as the updated paperwork is attached.
You may scratch your entry in full before closing date and we will credit the payment to another entry within six months, net of the processing fees.
🔹After the Closing Date
Email a request to the show organizer to change classes/tests/rider/horse.
You will be emailed a Strider payment link, which must be paid in 48 hours.
Scratches after closing date are full scratches with no refund/credit.
🔹On The Day
Please come to the show office to check in and receive your bridle #.
Any additional SJ Rounds added “Day Of” will be $35.00, payable via PayPal/Venmo.

Organizer Notes
ENTRIES: Closing date for entries is the Thursday prior to the show date.
One entry per rider per horse.
♦️Entries must be received by the closing date.♦️
Completed entry, current negative coggins, signed liability release (Waiver), and full payment of fees must all be submitted for a complete entry.
Incomplete entries will not be considered entered and a ride time will not be scheduled.
LATE ENTRIES: Late entries will be accepted if space is available.
A $15.00 Late Fee or Incomplete Entry Fee will be added if completed entry and/or entry fee are not received by the closing date.
CHANGES: Changes will be allowed until the Thursday prior to the show and may be subject to a $20.00 Secretary/Office Fee.
Once ride times have been sent out please contact the organizer for changes.
REFUNDS: If the rider scratches before the closing date you may swap your entry to another day.
No refunds will be given after the closing date; however, you may substitute another horse or rider and a $20.00 Secretary/Office Fee will be added.
INCLEMENT WEATHER, ILLNESS. ETC.: After the closing date Inclement weather, illness, etc. are not grounds for a refund ; nor will entries be transferred to a different show date.
If the show is cancelled by the organizer we reserve the right to transfer entries to another show, or you can do complimentary cross country schooling.

Administrative Information
Ride Time: Ride times will be posted on this page in STRIDER and and on StartBox 12 hours prior to the start of the show. Please contact show organizer via text or email if you have questions/conflicts about your times.
Trailer Direction: Enter the property through the Competitors Entrance an d follow signs to Competitors parking.
Change Policy: Changes are not permitted.
Refund Policy: Refunds are permitted before registration closes.-
