The PVDA Clarksville Chapter is hosting a fun, relaxed dressage schooling show at Stonebrook Farm. Judge: Jenna Brown (L).
The show will be a holiday benefit show in Memory of Nikki Witte. $5 per entry will be donated in her memory and The Clarksville Chapter will match the money raised from entries dollar for dollar. Costumes are encouraged but not required.
Theme is " Ugly holiday sweater".
Costume awards & holiday open house.
Small outdoor arena for warm-up weather permitting. Regulation size indoor arena with sound system. Non-member fee applies to participants without a current PVDA membership. ONLY completed entries accepted. Completed entry consists of current coggins, signed PVDA release, copy of PVDA membership card or non-member payment ** Requests will be considered until the show scheduled is published. Requests are not guaranteed. NO CHANGES will be permitted after the schedule has been published.

Scholarship raffle-
After the completion of the winter series the Clarksville Chapter will award two $100 scholarships toward any horse related activity. Each ride receives one raffle ticket, 4 hours of volunteer service receives one raffle ticket. One scholarship will be drawn from riding tickets, and one from volunteer tickets. Clarksville Chapter officers are not eligible to participate.
Scoring/Class Placements-
To facilitate show efficiency, day of show ribbons will be pinned based on individual percentage results rather than class place, also known as the Danish system. At the end of show, results by level/test will be posted but no additional ribbons will be awarded. All scores will be recorded towards series level awards. Series level awards will be based on traditional scoring system. See prize list for more details.

Administrative Information
Ride Time: Posted on the Clarksville Chapter PVDA Facebook page as well as emailed to competitors no later than Thursday before the show
Trailer Direction: Trailer parking is limited. Please specify in the notes to organizer section the size of your rig and # of entrants coming together. To accommodate trailer parking and number of entrants, tests are run out of order based on entrants arriving together.
Change Policy: Changes are permitted before registration closes.
